Apogee Enters the Miami High Rise Condominium Market
Apogee, through its wholly owned affiliate, Land Cap Property Services has entered the Miami High Rise condominium market and has plans to expand services over the next year. Land Cap Property Services manages 6,000 units in the Miami market consisting of Home Owners Associations, low and mid-rise condominium associations and now High Rise Condominium Associations.
Apogee has always managed High Rise Condominium Associations and has the experience and personnel to compete with the management companies providing this service in Miami. We have been managing two high rise associations for the past year or so and it is only natural that we expand this area of our business says Vice President of Operations, Tom Ryan. With the support of our parent company and the high level of service we provide, we are certain to grow this division quickly.
Apogee New Dawn, parent company, manages 23,000 units in the Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia markets.
Apogee Makes Substantial Foot Print in the Palm Beach County Market
Apogee, parent company for Apogee Association Services has developed a substantial presence in the Palm Beach, Broward and Martin County markets. Through a partnership developed by Jeff Staley and Patrick Garcia, Apogee Association Services now manages 53 communities consisting of 5,200 units. These are, primarily, high end Home Owners Associations, Condominium Associations and Office Condominiums. Patrick Garcia has been managing associations for over 20 years and has owned and operated a previous successful Property Management Company.
It only made sense for us to partner up with someone such as Patrick. With his knowledge and experience in the business and our capital resources, collectively we will build a strong, service oriented business and continue our expansion objectives say Jeff Staley, CEO of Apogee New Dawn. In the few short months that we have partnered with Patrick, we have secured over a 1,000 new units to manage.
