Jeff W. Staley is the Principal and CEO of Apogee New Dawn. While personally directing, participating in and monitoring the support services of Apogee New Dawn, Mr. Staley approves all project operating and capital expense budgets, marketing and training programs and is responsible for all new business development efforts.

A multi-talented real estate specialist, Mr. Staley’s career in real estate began at a very early age and his track record encompasses every phase of real estate including property management, marketing, training and on-site management. Since early 2004 Mr. Staley has consulted for the developers of and directed the rental, conversion and transition to association management on more than 30 apartments to condominium conversion projects consisting of 10,000 units in seven states.

Mr. Staley has guided the ascension of several successful Management companies including Ed Rose and Sons and The Related Group (TRG) Management Company of Florida owned by real estate icon Jorge Perez where he served as President for six years. With substantial experience in third-party management relationships, Mr. Staley has worked with some of the leading investors such as Prudential, MIG, AEW and NML with whom he continues to maintain solid on-going relationships.

Mr. Staley attended Western Michigan University majoring in Real Estate Law and Business Administration. He has served as a Director on the Southeast Florida Apartment Association Board and has designations in CAM and ARM. Mr. Staley resides in Delray Beach, Florida and is the father of seven children and five grandchildren.

Ms. Mead has been in the commercial real estate business for more than 30 years as a multi-family and commercial property owner, broker, and developer. Prior to starting the New Dawn Companies, she was co-founder of the Bainbridge Companies. She has been involved in the of acquisition, condominium conversion, development and management of over $2 billion in multi-family rental housing.

She has extensive experience in structuring large scale real estate financing and has completed transactions with numerous institutional investors and lenders.

Dr. Shomar is the CEO and Chairman of Lynx Equity Group, a private equity firm specializing in corporate acquisitions and mergers as well as Real Estate development and holdings. LYNX works closely with its affiliate companies and provides capital, operating and strategic expertise, and a network of strategic industry contacts to enhance their market share and earning potential. The LYNX affiliate companies are responsible for employing more than 4,200 full time employees and operates nationally, in at least 18 different states. LYNX currently operates with its total investment funds exceeding $220 million.

Dr. Shomar holds Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, as well as a Post-Doctorate in Physics and various graduate degrees and certificates.
